**Rush Order Cut Off Time is 11 am (cst)

Selecting RUSH at checkout guarantees that your order will "skip the line" and ship the same day as long as it is received before cut off time.

Rush Priority Orders placed by 11 am are shipped the same day with signature confirmation via USPS Priority Mail.

Average transit time is 2-4 days, however peak shopping holidays can delay carrier's delivery by a few days.

Rush excludes international orders. We are not responsible for any carrier delays during transit of your package once it has left our facility.


*Cyber Theft Prevention Policy* We are a small business that works hard to bring you the absolute best in handcrafted soap and skin care. In an effort to eliminate cyber and identity theft on our site, first time rush orders and standard orders over a certain dollar value are subject to being placed on 1-3 day hold at company's discretion. Should your order be placed on hold you will be notified by customer care via email.

If your order is flagged by our system as suspicious due to inconsistent information entered during order placement or too many payment attempts your order is subject to immediate cancellation without notice. This policy is non-negotiable.

 

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: We ship USPS (economy, priority, rush) for domestic and international orders under 10 lbs. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship large wholesale orders via FedEx📦


Q: I sent an email and have not received a reply. What do I do now?

A: Believe it or not a real human monitors our emails and replies to all emails sent especially with respect to order concerns. Check your spam/promo box if you have not received a reply to your email, we are almost certain it's in there. If you find it in your spam box, simply mark the email as "not spam" so our communications will go into your primary box.

Also may we suggest you double check the email address you entered in contact form, if there are any errors when we reply back you won't get the email because its gotten lost in cyber space. If necessary resubmit your email on our site again.


What items are "Final Sale" that don't qualify for refund or return?

Under all circumstances the following items are considered "Final Sale":

- Closeout Items

- Limited/Special/Holiday Edition

- Black Friday Super Sale Items

- Reduced Sale Price Items

 

Return unopened item?

Authorized Return within 14 days of delivery confirmation: FREE!

Authorized Return after 14 days of delivery confirmation: Refund minus standard 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Unauthorized Return: Refund minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Exchange unopened item? Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee. Items must be returned unopened, all seals in tact. 

 ✔️Due to our high quality public safety and sanitation protocols and guidelines we cannot accept exchanges on opened products.

✔️No returns or exchanges accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization number. Contact us through our contact form. Ship item back to us. Shipping costs are responsibility of buyer.

✔️Return address and information given in reply to email return request.

✔️A 15-20% restocking fee applies to all items returned after 14 day grace period.


Q: Are Free Shipping promotions valid on orders outside of the U.S. and territories?

A: Due to shipping costs we are unable to ship international orders for free.
