Refund policy

Most of our products are made by hand with love.

But we understand sometimes we may not have what you like or maybe you ordered the wrong item. No worries! We accept returns or exchanges on select regular price* items within 14 calendar days of date on your delivery confirmation. 

Yep! That's right we will refund you the full cost of the product minus shipping costs. Simply contact us here to get your Return Authorization Number and send the unopened item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

The original date of delivery can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Items must arrive back to our facility within 14 day grace period with an Return Authorization Number (RAN) written on outside of box. Items received without a RAN are considered unauthorized. 

Returns completed within 14 days of delivery are free. 

Items returned after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Unauthorized returns, returned without an Return Authorization Number on file incur a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges on items that are updated by carrier as delivered are non-refundable in all cases.
